myCourses (also known as Blackboard) is the UMass Dartmouth learning management system. myCourses allows faculty to create sites for their classes where they can store files, allow students to submit work online, post class announcements, and even keep track of student grades. Faculty can also allow students to work in groups and collaborate with their peers.

How to Access myCourses:
To access myCourses, log into the myUMassD portal and click on “myCourses” under the Quicklaunch menu.
To create a myCourses site for one of your own courses you can use the self-service myCourses Site Setup Tool. myCourses sites need to be created every semester and automatically remain in sync with COIN rosters.
Operation and usage of the myCourses system is bound by the UMass Darmtouth myCourses Policies and Procedures.

Students and faculty can also contact our 24/7 help desk by phone, email, or live chat with any questions.
Here you will collaborate with classmates and submit work online. You may also hear myCourses referred to as “Blackboard.”
